With our new D AutoCal system the press warns you in intervals that calibration is needed. In a process using a hardened precision bar supplied with the crimper you make the calibration on site yourself. The calibration will take you about 10 seconds to perform. No training required. This is only the beginning of the innovative design of this crimper: Multifunctional digital control. Faster and safer entry of swaging data. No confusing micrometer. Crimper control is positioned on the side of the head to create an ergonomic workplace for the operator. The custom cast hydraulic tank enables filter and other parts positions easily accessible for service.
