Product development and construction
In Hydroscands Design & Test Center, we are carrying out development and construction of the pipeline components. This is to improve the standard products and develop components to satisfy their specific needs and requirements.

We perform the following tests:
Fleximpulse / Impulse
The fleximpulserig is a large laboratory test rig. This is used for the acceleration processes of life time for a hose assembly. We can perform tests in accordance with. ISO-6803 (pulse), ISO-8032 (fleksimpuls) or after your requirements, up to 950 bar and 130°C. We use the test bench to verify that the hose assembly meets our requirements for the assembly. We are testing tolerances on specified pressures in our pressure tables.Vi perform the following tests:
Pressure test
Our pressure test bench is used for testing with pressure up to 2000bar at room temperature. The bench is used for hoses to be supplied with a pressure test certificate. The bench is also used to control our pressure tables according to the specified burst pressure. To protect the environment, we filter and separate the water for any residue of oil by using a fully automated separating system.
Salt spray test
In the climate chamber we perform accelerating lifetime testing of our products. We perform tests in accordance with the most current standards. In the chamber we perform quality assurance and testing of the top cover for new and existing products.
