Demolition works continue, with help from Hydroscand

The iconic fuel storage towers at the Total site in Colwick, Nottingham, are being dismantled as part of a decommissioning programme. When the demolition machinery suffered a breakdown, the company called Hydroscand UK and within an hour the machinery was repaired.

Oliver Roberts from the Nottingham branch attended the breakdown and provided emergency repairs to a couple of hydraulic hoses – getting the machinery back up and running with minimal downtime.

Hydroscand’s 24/7 on-site breakdown service will attend any site in the UK to provide emergency repairs to industrial and hydraulic hoses and connectors.  All of the mobile engineers, like Oliver, are skilled, BFPA-certified and work from fully-stocked mobile units.

Works at the site are due to be completed by the end of 2019.  Hopefully, there will be no more breakdowns, but if there are they know who to call – Hydroscand!

If your machinery needs emergency repair, just call 0800 0116 999.
