Young Corey Lewis is the newest recruit to the Sandiacre branch team in Nottingham, where he's joined as an Apprentice Hose Technician.
"I can't wait to get stuck in, learning the ins and outs of hydraulic hose assembly and fittings" said Corey.
As part of his training, Corey will attend the CEATA Training Academy to gain formal qualifications.
Previously Corey worked with his Dad for two years at Go Kart Party, where they hosted go-karting events for children and maintained the high quality of the go-karts.
Looking for work during the pandemic has been a great challenge for Corey, and he’s now so pleased to have secured an apprenticeship and found a career path.
Corey is looking forward to getting to know everyone, working hard and progressing at Hydroscand.
“We are delighted to be able to bring Corey into the business and play our very small part in training people for a future in the industry” – Rebecca Galley, Managing Director, Hydroscand UK.
