At Hydroscand UK we are committed to protecting the welfare of our employees and customers. At the moment, we remain open to all our customers, including those in key sectors. Our team are continuing to work hard and maintain high standards of service, whilst adhering to government guidelines on safe working practices.

Because of this, how we operate on a day to day basis has been impacted.

HoseExpress Mobile Breakdown Service
Our technicians are working remotely and are ready to support you with on-site hose repairs in the usual way.

Disposable gloves will be worn at all times and we appreciate your support in keeping the areas for repair clean.

Equally, please observe social distancing on-site as well.


Deliveries
You can continue to place orders with us via phone and e-mail and we will deliver to you in the usual ways.

Please note that where we use couriers, their service may be delayed and they will implement specific hygiene measures.

Trade Counter
Our trade counters remain open at the moment. However, we ask that social distancing is observed. Our counter, phones, door handles and credit card terminal will be cleaned regularly.

Where possible please phone ahead and we will have your products ready for you.

Working From Home
Our head office and sales team continue to work from home and are available by phone, e-mail and video conference.

We have stopped all physical customer visits, and this will continue until further notice.

Overall, we want to keep our employees, customers and suppliers safe and well, whilst continuing to support our customers.

The situation is changing rapidly, and we will continue to keep you updated.
