Hydroscand UK Coronavirus Service Update

At Hydroscand UK we remain committed to protecting the welfare of our employees and customers. We have been open and supporting customers for the past few weeks.

Our team is continuing to work hard and maintain high standards of service, and we are very grateful for your patience in working with us to ensure the new guidelines are met and we all minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19.

HoseExpress Mobile Breakdown Service

Our mobile hose technicians are working remotely and are ready to support you with on-site hose repairs in the usual way.

Additional hygiene measures have been implemented and we will observe social distancing rules when working on site.

Deliveries

You can continue to place orders with us via phone and e-mail and we will deliver to you in the usual ways.

Please note that where we use couriers, their service may be delayed and they will implement specific hygiene measures and contactless deliveries.

Trade Counter

Our trade counters remain open. We will continue to ask that social distancing is observed and have created barriers and markings within the counters to make this easier for everyone. We will also limit the number of customers that can enter the trade counters at one time. 

We have implemented more rigorous hygiene measures at all locations. Our counter, phones, door handles and credit card terminal will be cleaned regularly.

Where possible please phone ahead and we will have your products ready for you.

Working from Home

Our head office and sales team continue to work from home and are available by phone, e-mail and video conference. A homeworking policy has been established in support of this.

We have stopped all physical customer visits, and this will continue until further notice.

Overall, we want to keep our employees, customers and suppliers safe and well, whilst continuing to provide the high standards of service you expect from us.

The situation is changing rapidly. We will continue to adapt and will keep you updated.
