Hydroscand UK - Coronavirus Service Update

Since the beginning of the coronavirus outbreak, the team at Hydroscand has worked hard to maintain high standards of safety and service. We remain committed to protecting the welfare of our employees, customers and suppliers and the measures we have implemented remain in place:


HoseExpress Mobile Breakdown Service
Our mobile hose technicians are working remotely and are ready to support you with on-site hose repairs in the usual way.
Additional hygiene measures have been implemented and we will observe social distancing rules when working on site.


Deliveries
You can continue to place orders with us via phone and e-mail and we will deliver to you in the usual ways.


Trade Counters
Our trade counters remain open. We will continue to ask that social distancing is observed and have created barriers and markings within the counters to make this easier for everyone. We will also limit the number of customers that can enter the trade counters at one time.


We have implemented more rigorous hygiene measures at all locations. Our counter, phones, door handles and credit card terminal will be cleaned regularly.
From 24th July, in line with new legislation, we ask the customers wear face coverings when inside the trade counter.


Where possible please phone ahead and we will have your products ready for you.


Sales Team
Our sales team is back at work and delighted to be speaking with customers again. We are available for customer visits and will work within your guidelines on site. Equally, we can facilitate virtual meetings if that is your preference.


We will continue to adapt and will keep you updated as the situation changes.
