At Hydroscand UK we are committed to protecting the welfare of our employees and customers. We remain open to all our customers, including those in key sectors. Our team is continuing to work hard, maintaining high standards of service, whilst adhering to government guidelines on safe working practices.

We have implemented the following changes to how we will serve you during this period of national lockdown.

HoseExpress Mobile Breakdown Service

Our technicians are working remotely and are ready to support you with on-site repairs in the usual way.

Please observe social distancing as far as possible on-site as well.


You can continue to place orders with us via phone and e-mail and we will deliver to you in the usual ways.  

Trade Counter

Our trade counters remain open. However, we ask that social distancing is observed and face coverings are worn. We have implemented a limit to the number of customers allowed in the trade counter at one time and thank you for your patience in maintaining these limits.

Where possible please phone ahead and we will have your products ready for you.

Working From Home

Our head office and sales teams continue to work from home and are available by phone, e-mail and video conference.

Overall, we want to keep our employees, customers and suppliers safe and well, whilst continuing to support our customers.

As the situation develops and restrictions change, we will continue to adapt and keep you updated.
