Hydroscand, a market leader in the provision of hose and fluid components, has appointed Rebecca Galley as Managing Director of its UK operation. Rebecca joins the business at an exciting time, with a focus on growing Hydroscand’s brand and developing the company’s presence in the UK.
She commented: “I am delighted to join the business. My new role at Hydroscand allows me to draw from my previous experience in commercial management, sales and operations. Having focused purely on Operations at Cromwell Tools, the role of MD at Hydroscand puts me back in a trading/business development role as well as continuing to have the focus on operational excellence to enable the business to deliver exceptional customer service.
“A big part of our offering is Customer Service, particularly in-store. We find solutions to our customers’ problems, ensuring ‘nobody leaves without a solution’.”
Rebecca, who holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, is based at the company’s UK headquarters in Nottingham and will oversee Hydroscand’s full UK operation which includes nine depots and 19 HoseExpress service vans operating 24/7/365.
